I know this isn't a good skin tone. Just used polypaint in zbrush to paint her face. I took out the bottom ruffles at the last minute since I couldn't get them to look right.
This is very nice baby... I'd also post a Zbrush image of each subtool side by side (slightly separated maybe) ..... with a simple Zbrush material applied, just so I can concentrate on the sculpt....
